Small portion of noodles is disappointing as well. If you’re paying $16.00 for a bowl of pho you’d ideally want to be satisfied. I’d bother asking for a refund but at this point I’d rather just not order from here altogether.On the plus side, the shrimp spring roll was good, but again — it’s a pho place. Staff was nice as well. Place looked nice inside, very clean."

Food is great and the staff are nice. But rounding up the total amount charged to the nearest dollar without consent is not cool. It’s not so much about the amount but it’s just ethically wrong to charge more than what the customer has agreed to. Otherwise the place is great.
