"First time eating Egyptian food and really enjoyed it! The shish tawook platter was juicy and flavorful. You can choose either rice or lettuce, and an optional side. The sauce it comes with is to-die-for, it was so delicious that we asked for more. It was great drizzled on top of the chicken or even as a dip with fries. The hawawshi sandwich was quite spicy, and I always appreciate anything deep fried. It was good, but I think I love the shish tawook more than this. Definitely ordering it again. We had the pleasure of being served by the owner's young daughter- too adorable! Great ambiance and wonderful customer service!"

This was the first true Egyptian Restaurant I have found in the USA.... the food was great, prices are very reasonable and the owner and service was Exceptional!!! Very friendly !! Thank you!!!

The Um Ali was amazing, some of the food was salty, and some needed salt. The hot sauce wasnt my favorite for this type of dish. But flavors were amazing, new restaurant still figuring out how to cater to everyone.

Food was fun, fresh, delicious. Probably the best tasting falafel I've ever eaten. Discount rate. Dining area clean and attractive. The only reason I rated this with less than five stars is the speed at which the food came out. We were the second party in the restaurant to come to lunch, and it took about an hour to get our food out. No offer to bring some of our appetizers first. You clearly need work processes. An hour is a long time for fast victims.
