"In my second review, we decided to have lunch here with my parents today. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, even though they were busy. The food was delicious overall. My dad wasn't completely satisfied with the cheese steak sandwich, but he thought it was just okay. I'm giving a five-star rating for the fair prices and excellent service. And yes, I ordered the lobster and crab bisque soup again, and it was outstanding, as always!"

The pizza I ordered was too doughy, and the crust was rather floppy. I only managed to take about four bites. I understand that things can get hectic around the holidays, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with undercooked pizza. I'm concerned that it could even make someone feel unwell.

I placed my first online order during this visit. I arrived 5 minutes early, but my order wasn’t ready yet. They brought it out just one minute before my scheduled pick-up time, so the food was hot and fresh. I have food allergies, and I've always had a positive experience with Newk's in providing a safe meal for me.
