"The cocktails are excellent. I ordered a smoked duck fat old fashioned to pair with my duck crostini. It was a fantastic match. My wife ordered the chilled crab dip, which was fantastic very meaty and well seasoned. We both ordered the petite filet. The steak itself was extremely disappointing. It was poorly seasoned and neither of our steaks were cooked to the correct temperature. We ordered chocolate cheesecake and the orange and caramel brownie for dessert. Went for our anniversary. Top notch attentive service and delicious food. The staff gave us a gift (travel foodie book) and free appetizer of Pork belly. It was delicious! Thank you Oak steakhouse for making our night special.

I visited Oak Steakhouse twice in about two months. Each time I visited, the service and food was excellent. They play really good music and the manager Ken is awesome and you can tell that he really cares about the customers that come in to dine at his restaurant and making sure that they always have an enjoyable experience. In my opinion, Oak Steakhouse is way better than Steak 48! My new favorite restaurant in Charlotte!
