The sauce is chunky with tomatoes and onions, and not sour at all. Instead of a salad, I opt for their homemade soup, which always has a variety to choose from. The owner of the restaurant is a large man and his staff is extremely friendly. The food is excellent and he always goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of when I dine there. They always provide customers with complimentary garlic bread and a bottle of soda. Overall, a fantastic restaurant and establishment!
