"John L. Regarding your review post. Let me put the record straight because you believe my 2 star review was unfair. The reason for the two stars (which I think is very generous at this point is because this is not the first time that this has happened. On Memorial Day: May 29, 2023 (you may remember this one I was there with 3 other people (on my recommendation! and we sat at a table drinking and decided to order food. We ordered 4 meals. When the 4 meals arrived all 4 meals were being attacked by flies. We complained vehemently to the waitress and after a while you John L. approached our table and began to address our complaint, explaining that it was an open bar and that you had installed...

Another great lunch today at Off The Rock. Had the cheese steak on a wrap which has to be the best I've had. Michelle the bartender is awesome at customer service. The atmosphere is friendly as the bartender seem to everyone who came in.

I would go back for the food. What I won't go back for is the credit card service charge. Once I saw it I gave the server a debit card and she didn't delete it. Then I get an attitude when I told her. Too many restaurants in this town to put up with that.
