The reason for the two stars (which I think is very generous at this point is because this is not the first time that this has happened. On Memorial Day: May 29, 2023 (you may remember this one I was there with 3 other people (on my recommendation! and we sat at a table drinking and decided to order food. We ordered 4 meals. When the 4 meals arrived all 4 meals were being attacked by flies. Another great lunch today at Off The Rock. Had the cheese steak on a wrap which has to be the best I've had. Michelle the bartender is awesome at customer service. The atmosphere is friendly as the bartender seem to everyone who came in.

I would go back for the food. What I won't go back for is the credit card service charge. Once I saw it I gave the server a debit card and she didn't delete it. Then I get an attitude when I told her. Too many restaurants in this town to put up with that.
