"the crispy duck was really good and it felt great to finally eat it again. the Crème width was also exquisite and full of taste. the sorbet and the fruits on the side were great. beer and wein were also of good quality. friendly staff, quiet and stylish place overall. reasonable prices."

"beautiful mocha! We thought this morning a coffee on a day trip to alesund. really recommend it for a small pick-me-up: the stairs outside leads directly to the steps to the view of the entire alesund, so we were full of energy after our trip here to take into the beautiful city"

"Hands down. Verdense beste! We had a five course dinner. I would say the concept truly reflects the Nordic cuisine, specifically Sunnmøre region. I was amazed by the staff’s knowledge regarding what they serve. In addition to that, when i ask one of them where did you get this mug set, i was informed at once. Overall, I would say atmosphere 8.5/10, food in terms creativity 9.5/10, taste 9/10. And here some of the food pictures like Seasonal vegetables, Klipfish from Dybvik Veal from Edel Gaard and lastly my favourite sourdough bread served with butter leek oil and shredded dry fish. The wild garlicky taste that comes from leek was very successful. Some other details regarding the five course: the butter sauce in seasonal vegetable, the level of cooking meat and fish was literally perfect. Lastly, the umami taste from bone marrow combined with the veal and wild garlic was very good. I would absolutely suggest this place to have a truly Nordic cuisine experience."

"it was okay, but that's just the good one. To the bad one: everything took long, 45 minutes from us to sat until most foods were served. a court came 15 minutes after the others and several pages where was missing. we always had to ask what we had ordered. also we did not order any sauces. a bit like a holiday help to do it alone and screw it up."
