We even had the opportunity to speak directly with the chef, and I highly recommend that every Indian visit this restaurant to support him. I would rate this Indian restaurant in Topeka 10/10. The owner and staff are friendly and well-informed about vegan options. The serving sizes are generous. My favorite dish is the veggie pakoras with chana masala and a side of roti. Their lunch plate options typically feature 1-3 vegan choices each day, allowing you to try a variety of dishes at once. They even accommodated my request to substitute roti for naan as a side.
