"It was a pleasure meeting the chef! The atmosphere at the restaurant is great, with plenty of seating and no rush at all. The kitchen and dining area are both peaceful and enjoyable. We even had the opportunity to speak directly with the chef, and I highly recommend that every Indian visit this restaurant to support him. The Americans already love his skills, but it seems that it may take some time for Indians to catch on. Regardless, it is definitely worth a visit. We ordered the following items: 1. I would rate this Indian restaurant in Topeka 10/10. The owner and staff are friendly and well-informed about vegan options. The serving sizes are generous. My favorite dish is the veggie pakoras with chana masala and a side of roti. Their lunch plate options typically feature 1-3 vegan choices each day, allowing you to try a variety of dishes at once. They even accommodated my request to substitute roti for naan as a side.
