To the cashier or the manager or whoever worked the cashier tonight. I hope management focuses more on food preparation rather than ending personal conversations while a customer is waiting for them. The Chow mean and the orange chicken was very burned today. So burned that after a few bites, it went to garbage. Please focus more on the reasons why you are all paid there. I received my order without meat, the staff ignored my calls after I had expressed my question and told me to call Usman the manager. Usman said it wasn't her problem because it's her day off. I just wanted my order to travel, or a credit, or a refund. I'm angry that they think it's okay to ignore a customer. I'll never order them again and I won't encourage you.
