To the cashier or the manager or whoever worked the cashier tonight. I hope management focuses more on food preparation rather than ending personal conversations while a customer is waiting for them. The Chow mean and the orange chicken was very burned today. So burned that after a few bites, it went to garbage. Please focus more on the reasons why you are all paid there. I received my order without meat, the staff ignored my calls after I had expressed my question and told me to call Usman the manager. Usman said it wasn't her problem because it's her day off.
