"Eat tasted good, personal was polite indifferent, service was prompt, no complaining here. but I rarely felt as demolished as I had eaten here today. I went back in to make sure they have my order right. we have it right. this little sandwich is $15? yes. chicken piece on a brioche roll with salat and mayo. not the fault of the staff (if they did not adjust the prices), but I hate to be chiseled by a chain restaurant like this because its high street position. pret a manger does it too, not only a panera problem, but it is heavier. the first and last time in this panera."

I've changed three long blocks to get baked. the server prepared my order and when I gave her the money (a $20.00,) she said I had changed exactly or a loan.? I had neither. I was pic

this location is by far the most unorganized, badest personal and lacking at the customer service of panera bread I have a purchase. this is not the first incident when I placed an order and I did not accept it. I ordered two half-salates. chicken cesar salat and received salat, crumb and dressing. but she's not kicking either. they cannot order when entering, they must use the kiosk. the young man, who may be in charge of the tour, must better lead his team to a functioning operation. I missed the main ingredient in chicken cesar salad.
