"Had friends from the city yesterday and they decided to have breakfast at this Panera in Johnstown. We were all very disappointed by some things you should consider. They don't drink coffee, so they ordered Pepsi as their drink proposal. There was no pepsi in the well machine. My friend told two different people who said they had someone to fill it up for him. We sat almost an hour and no one came to fill the pepsi for them. What disgusted us was the ladies' room. There was an employee who changed clothes and combed her long hair in the handicap rod. Nicole was so nice! I was greeted immediately upon walking in, even though she was busy with morning tasks. As soon as I was ready to order, she multitasked to get my order and continue what she was doing. She still was able to provide options and check me out swiftly. I haven't been here in awhile, so it was refreshing to see and makes me want to come here more often again.
