"The food was tasty and arrived on time, and the staff was friendly. However, I encountered two issues with my order. I had ordered 5 Papadias, with 3 of them customized to include a different dipping sauce. While all the adjustments were made correctly, only 1 of the Papadias had the requested sauce. Despite the labels on the containers showing the changes, I did not check all of them since only 1 had the correct sauce. The Papa Johns website can be unreliable at times, but the Hope Mills store never disappoints. The staff and managers are fantastic, and I have been going there for years. I will continue to visit because I love Papa Johns Pizza!
