"The service at this restaurant was terrible. The worker there gave my order to someone else and I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my small order. He almost gave me a larger order that wasn't mine, but I corrected him. When I asked for two sauce packets, he refused even though I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. They need to improve their staff and hire more than one person. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

The delivery of my order from Papa John's was not made by the promised 1 o'clock deadline, and the driver was rude. I did not receive any replacement for my two pizzas, nor a refund. This restaurant consistently gets my order wrong. I would not recommend ordering pizza from Papa John's.

Pizza arrived 30 minutes late. And cold. And wrong. When I called the store, at first nobody answered. Then someone answered and kept me on the line for 10 minutes while serving other customers. And then they wouldn’t refund the incorrect item. They expected me to wait for another hour and a half and return the incorrect order after I got the correct one. Bad experience.
