"If you want to feel as happy as a Buddha, try the Pho at this fantastic local restaurant. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and elegant, yet simple. I had a great time sipping on Singha beer, enjoying curry dumplings, and indulging in a delicious bowl of vegetarian pho. I usually opt for beef pho, but this time I tried the vegetarian option and was very pleased with the mix of bean sprouts, vermicelli, mint cilantro, carrots, daikon, tofu, and other fresh veggies. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the service was quick and unassuming. We had a lovely conversation with the staff and felt warmly welcomed.
