I had a great time sipping on Singha beer, enjoying curry dumplings, and indulging in a delicious bowl of vegetarian pho. I usually opt for beef pho, but this time I tried the vegetarian option and was very pleased with the mix of bean sprouts, vermicelli, mint cilantro, carrots, daikon, tofu, and other fresh veggies.
