"if they are looking for a five-star dining experience, they look elsewhere. pho country has a waitress focused on the business and they get what they need (they are friendly enough and always helpful). the menu is easy to read with a clearly marked vegetarian section and they can ask what is vegan. if they ask for tofu pho with sweetheart, they make it, although it is not clear on the menu. the best they offer are the tofu spring rolls. they can also call and run forward, but there is never a waiting time, even if they are very busy and service is very fast"

was a little skeptical when ordering, but everything came perfect and it took only 5 minutes to get out. the early roll are amazing, but the friend reis was not so great.

this place has always been a way since I lived in carson, even since I was vegan. but as soon as I became vegan I could have the opportunity to see the great selection of options here. The Tofu spring rolls are always my way, as well as the veggie tonpot.

because it is hard to find vegan eating near the lake tahoe, I was grateful for happy cow for leading me here. my whole extended family (also some non-vegans) loved her lunch. Just note that everyone is served a free cup of ice drop suppe that is not listed on the menu. next time I'll tell the waiter, not the one to bring them. I will also remember to use instantly from the seasoned, like chili paste, which are on every table. we will return.
