We went here for a prix fixe thanksgiving dinner and it was easily one of the best thanksgiving meals I’ve had. The food was exactly what you want for Turkey Day and the meal plus dessert was $28. That’s right. Twenty. Eight. Dollars. In Aspen. The value for money was sky high, and of course there is the view. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains throughout the restaurant. This is easily my favorite experience in Aspen thus far.

Amazing food! Went here for my birthday dinner, they brought out 2 appetizers for us. I love how they used locally sourced food. The Elk was perfect, maybe it was the way it was sliced thinly, but it didn't taste too gamey. Bone marrow was to die for, like always, came with a sweet peach chutney. The beet gazpacho was personally one of my favorite dishes. It was mouth watering and the (what I believe was cucumber) added a refreshing spin. I wasn't crazy about the caviar, however my husband thought they were perfect. I felt the potatoes and cream took over the dish.
