"Prairie Sky Breads is definitely one of our favorite spots in downtown Minot. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the staff is very accommodating, polite and kind, and most importantly, the food and drinks are top notch! We highly recommend thecardamon knots!! And our pups enjoy the dog treats we bring home. They have an adorable set up of bakery toys for kids to playwith, which our 6yo loves! PSB also offers local beer from Atypical Brewing, and so much more. Go check this place out! Youwon't be disappointed!"

Pretty awesome place, coffee was good and pastries were good but somewhat dry. Maybe that?s just how their recipe for the cinnamon roll is. The lemon blueberry thing was pretty awesome!

Stopped in with a friend. It's a cute lil place and the staff is friendly. I got an Italian soda and a scone and bother were yummy! Next time I'm in Minot I will definitely stop in again!

The spicy grilled cheese was the best, unbelievable. They also provide the bread for Iron Horse across the street, whose burgers are also out of this world. The kids loved the little play area and my wife loved the cucumber-lemonade. I had a chai and itwas delightful.
