"All of the other reviews are spot on about this lovely place!! We like to try new spots to eat that are not chains and this one came up with amazing reviews so decided to try it! The inside reminds me of a cute cafe you’d find up north. The man working was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered lots of suggestions and ways to customize our food to make it delish! My husband got the Cubano and truly, it was one of the best I’ve ever tried. I subbed a few things to make my wrap into a buffalo chicken wrap and it was great! I appreciated the hearty amount of veggies provided! We got a salad for our 1 year old for the fruit and chicken and she also loved that. They have fun local sodas, chips are included with your sub and some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend! Thanks for the amazing experience!"

"This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. After a while a young blonde girl came and walked up to the counter and just stared at me until I ordered. I just said “really??” And she said “ I was in the bathroom” no apology NOTHING. Took my friends order and then walked away not even giving me time to order. Customer service these days is just getting worse and worse. STOP hiring apathetic teens who aren’t trained on how to greet a customer or even say hello. I’ve never even seen another customer inside this noodles. It’s like everyone noodles is completely careless and clueless.Just shut it down. She also made the food and it was absolutely disgusting, and bland and not even filled like it normally is from ANY other noodles."

"I usually have a great time at this restaurant, but today I tried ordering ahead and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they had run out of plain bagels, which I can understand since it was close to closing time. They asked if I would like to try a different type of bagel, to which I agreed. I had requested for both bagels to be warmed up and for one to have cream cheese, but unfortunately when I received my order, neither bagel was warm and there was no cream cheese on the second one."
