"I left a bad review about the lighting in the bar. The next time I came in…..it was fixed!! Management even responded to my review. Very professional. Thank you!! Since you are listening…. I really want you to thrive!! Red Robin is charging a premium for your sandwiches…. If it contains bacon, you should actually cook it fresh. I ordered a BLTA and it was delivered to me in under 2 minutes and I am pretty sure the bacon came from the microwave. Bacon rules. Cook it fresh and make your place smell amazing!! If you pay $14 for a sandwich it is worth waiting for and it should have a lot of love in it. Thanks again. I love this Red Robin and the Managers Dave! Lindsey, Kendra are all amazing!!"

Had lunch here the other day, and it was great. We would have missed Red Robin since they closed their location in San Diego a few years ago. Our server, Robin (real) was the best and backward bent to make sure everything was perfect.

The first time in this place, but we will definitely return. Food was great, but service was beyond and beyond! Our waitress Chloe was great. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great customer service. The whole team was very attentive and helpful. The best service we had in time.

Everyone was so friendly and great. From the agent over the phone, to the manager in the restaurant, to the young lady who bought my food for me curbside was so nice and friendly, such a sweet young lady and a jewel for the organization. The Monster Burger was an amazing birthday perk and it was made perfect. You've all come. And let all of you.
