"I have been to Nirvana a number of times over the last few years. Generally the food was good and so was the service. Not so last night. We were a party of We ordered our food, we all had different dishes. The food...arrived after a reasonable wait. Then the trouble started. My wife and I really enjoy the nan bread and we often ask for extra and the same goes for rice. So not quite halfway through the meal, we asked for more bread and rice. The nan bread is fresh cooked and it arrived quickly considering they had to make it for us. Now since every dish in the restaurant comes with rice, you wouldn't think it would be a problem to get that quickly as well. I was slowly eating my food waiting for more rice to eat with the rest of my food. No rice. My wife flagged down a waiter and reminded him and he said Yes, right away. minutes later still no rice. By now the remainder of my food was rapidly getting cold. My wife asked a third time and I had enough. I walked up to th encounter and asked the man if there was some problem to get some rice. He told me he would get it right away. I told him no, I had had enough and I was leaving. So I walked out and left my wife with the rest of the party to finish and pay. I have lived in different countries on continents. I love good food and I also am usually patient and tolerant, different countries, cultures, accidents, etc, I understand. But to wait minutes for some simple rice and to get no apology or concern is unacceptable. This was a basic item, not something special. I will never patronize that restaurant again , nor will I recommend it to anyone, as I have done in the past. The least they could have done was to apologize and even take something off the bill for the inconvenience. Nope, didn't happen. The staff didn't care one bit about me and I will gladly not care about them in the future"

"for the first time we were there shortly after the opening, here everything was still good. we cannot say this from our visit today. starting from the fact that the table was not appropriately covered over a long wait period despite the barely visited restaurant, it was also added that the number of supplied foods was only lukewarm. the portions are no longer comparable to the first visit. very sobering the whole, unfortunately not a good impression also leave with our visitors, especially since we were blackened by this restaurant. the price-performance ratio is very insane. It's a pity that the former level has not been kept."

"Freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtetes Lokal. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten nicht reserviert. Jeder suchte sich ein Frühstück aus. Wir entschieden uns für das Lachsfrühstück, das Bellini Frühstück indes Grand Bellini Frühstück für zwei Personen, sowie einmal einen Crêpe mit Nutella.Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Beim Frühstück für Zwei sind 2 O Saft, 2 Prossecco und Kaffee satt inbegriffen. Leider war nur 1 Scheibe Lachs und zu wenig Tomate Mozzarella mit Pesto angerichtet. Für uns war es nicht so schlimm, da jeder von jedem gekostet hat.Sonderwünsche wurden freundlich entgegengenommen und erfüllt.Absolut empfehlenswert!Auch an die polnischen Servicekräfte- vielen Dank."

"On the whole we were satisfied. The premises are very confined so it was very loud that an entertainment was not possible. Too many people in the narrowest space together. In the old restaurant the atmosphere was more pleasant. The food has also left behind in quality. My carving was almost black on one side and too little fried on the other side. Of course it was very crowded on Saturday night. Somehow, a cozy coexistence was lost shame. I used to like it better."
