My husband and I had a wonderful meal in this restaurant, which was a short walk from our hotel. I ordered the Filletto Gorgonzola; the sauce was heavenly and the steak was perfectly cooked. My husband had the Veal Saltimboca and he really enjoyed it. Both meals were served with oven roasted potatoes and warm homemade bread. We shared a bottle of Montepulciano d'abruzzo, which was divine and favorable.

Pizzeria Garibaldi is located in the heart of Schongau. It is a short walk to Marienplatz, the city centre. The interiors are cozy, warm and authentic Italian. Once I fanned pasta. I could write in Italian, but I chose English so that everyone can read it. Something happened here: I and my family arrived next to the restaurant at 2:00. My mother went in to ask if it was still possible to eat and she was told that the kitchen was closed (Tripberater said it would close 30 minutes later), but we could still have pizza. She came out to tell us and we went to the restaurant in less than 5 minutes.
