"I was at Rivals for lunch today, and had the poorest service I have ever had. I was there a little after 11:30 and received a menu and drink in a timely manner. We were waiting on a couple of people to join us but they were there in about 10 minutes or so. My mother ordered coffee and it took at least a half an hour to get her coffee. I realize there were a lot of people in today, but we were one of the last to order after only having a couple tables in there when I came in.
