"I was at Rivals for lunch today, and had the poorest service I have ever had. I was there a little after 11:30 and received a menu and drink in a timely manner. We were waiting on a couple of people to join us but they were there in about 10 minutes or so. My mother ordered coffee and it took at least a half an hour to get her coffee. I realize there were a lot of people in today, but we were one of the last to order after only having a couple tables in there when I came in. There were people that came in after us that ordered and received their food before we put our order in. We had to wait to get our checks and then took forever to get our change.
