"Kudos to the chef who made the pizza at 7:30 PM on 7-24-13! This was the first time that a pizza has reminded me of the original delicious Rocky's Pizza on Gilman Street. It was hot, fresh, and absolutely mouthwatering. Despite intending to only have one piece, we couldn't resist going back for more. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet tender and flavorful on the inside, topped with just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The waiter was exceptional, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome throughout our meal. Hats off to the chef! Can't wait for the next hot and delicious Rocky Roco pizza. You know a restaurant is doing well when you arrive close to closing time and no one is rushing you out or eating your food. I don't usually make a habit of arriving late, but I was craving pizza and this place was convenient. I would definitely recommend it! The restaurant is large and spacious, with good views of the TVs for watching football from almost any seat. The mushroom sausage pizza was good, but the Rococo Chicago Super Slice was fantastic - make sure to try that on Thursdays! However, what really stood out was the service.
