"We spent one night at Stone Canyon Inn after visiting Bryce Canyon and had the pleasure of dining at their onsite restaurant. The view from the deck was amazing, and all of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our server, Jesus, provided great detail about some of the dishes to help me decide on the French onion soup and pork chop, while my wife had the beets and halibut. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the desserts were delicious as well. I highly recommend the cheesecake. The only downside for me, personally, was that the French onion soup wasn't as rich as I prefer, although it was still quite flavorful. Overall, a great dining experience at the Stone Canyon Inn."

"Check the picture on this review, it was THAT good!!! If you are staying in Bryce Canyon City DO NOT waste your time or your money with any of the restaurants in town. Make the 12 minute trip South to Tropic, and have the BEST pizza in the entire region. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. This place is 100% legit. We are staying at the Ruby Inn and the food leaves a lot to be desired."

"Pizza was phenomenal! Sauce is well seasoned and hearty. Pepperoni cooked to a crispy crisp without being overly greasy. Toppings almost all the way out to the crust, which was a crispy perfect combo of chew and crisp. Service could've been better we waited forever to even get seated despite making eye contact with several staff walking about. There's a wait for the pizza but it's SO WORTH IT. Next time I'm definitely saving room for dessert because those options looked so good."

"We came for dinner after reading reviews and staying in Bryce Canyon, showdowns is well worth the 15 drive for great food, live entertainment and the friendliest staff ! We loved this small town restaurant and the outdoor patio and grounds are inviting! Great menu selection variety!"

"We are surprised by the good score this site has, maybe we were unlucky... It was recommended to us for breakfast at the hotel where we were staying, which did not have breakfast. The restaurant is inside the store of a gas station. We arrived, we sat down, nobody said anything to us (there were no other customers at that time). We went up to ask the clerk and she told us that you had to place the order on a screen, which turned out not to work, so she had to take the order herself (the cook was sitting outside looking at his mobile). We ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and toast, and coffee. The preparation was quick, but everything was very dry. The only good thing is that they had a self-service coffee with quite a variety."
