"This is the second time I've come to Salvatore's intending to order their seafood ravioli and both times ending up with something chosen from the specials menu. Specials here are not something that occur the same way each week. For a week, sometimes less, the chef has 3 dishes on the specials menu included in each regular menu. They don't repeat for perhaps 6 months or a year so that's why it deserves special attention.
