"I am very disappointed at the situation in Sardis Pollo A La Brassa, because my wife and I wanted an order from Fried Yucca. We stopped here and I went to the restaurant. When I ordered the first man I spoke to, I didn't understand a basic understanding. So, spoke to another person behind the counter and was told fifteen minutes for more Fried Yucca, at that time it was 11:06, 11:30 and still no Fried Yucca. But you can have a few for a coveted event. I wouldn't have been mad if someone told me something instead of leaving me in Limbus. Thanks, at this Sardis site I saved money because the bad customer service will not return to this restaurant."

Sardis is a great place for a step over the chain Fast Food places. It's more a game room, but it has seating. Most of them go to their chicken. I get the veggie plate and the green sauce I can have.

The 3 pieces dark plated was good with fried rice and brussel sprouts, actually better than expected. We wanted white meat chicken, but they were completely out. However, I was there at 7:00 and it was very busy so they might have had a run on white meat before I arrived. We're definitely going back.

Asked the lady.. I can get several sauces. she said she added the bag several times.. I said, okay. Go home.. No sauces.. She asked every Hispanic customer what sauce she wanted me to..than how I annoyed her when it was my turn.. Always something when I order from here. not even as good as the Sardi on track 3 by a long shot.
