"We had a really great time in this restaurant. The service is perfect and the kitchen allows also our special small food changes without any problems. Very good wine selection and famous Gin-selection. The boss Mr. Schröter is still with his team in the kitchen and prepares fantastic food for his guests- and yes: In this restaurant, you are The guests . Great atmosphere and really nice waiters. He also offering different foods depending on seasons. The quality is perfect! We will join this restaurant 100% again and we can recommend the location to all persons, equal if you are tourist, with family friends or for a business dinner!"

Wir waren schon häufig im Schröter's - privat sowie geschäftlich. Das Schnitzel mit dem warmen Kartoffelsalat ist wirklich lecker. In der Regel sind auch die Desserts vorzüglich. Der Junior Chef ist leider wenig kritikfähig, wenn mal ein Gericht nicht jedem schmeckt.

The food was very good though pricey. The service was awful. The menu board was hurriedly plonked on the table with no attempt to explain the dishes. I should add that we’ve lived in Bremen for over 30 years and the menu items were not clear to us. The slapdash service worthy of the worst kind of tourist trap continued throughout the evening. Far better value and dining experience to be had elsewhere in Bremen.

We were here for dinner, and although we had no reservation the maitre took his time to find us a free table. The choice of dishes was great, and the quality of the food excellent. You could feeld it was cooked with passion and attention to detail. Accompanied by a fine wine selection, we had a most enjoyable evening. Definitely a place to go if you are seeking something different from standard seaside cuisine.
