"I was really happy with the service Ally gave me when I visited in Oct. She was friendly and accommodating to me and my family needs. The pizza was very good and came very close to a NY pizza. The price for a large pie was very good compared to NY prices. The atmosphere of the dining area was nostalgic to the NY scenery which made me feel at home. I will be visiting again next time I visit the Poconos."

"Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and presentation was great. Upscale place to enjoy a fine meal or casual drinks at the bar. Bartender was extremely talented, friendly guy, who mixed drinks while conversating without missing a beat. Definitely a place we will be returning to often!"

"This is a MUST stop if you haven’t tried zack’s yet. My husband and I have had many drives up to this area but would alter our route and drive extra just to stop at zack’s. It is like no tacos we have ever had. The flavors are wild and perfect and like no other. You can’t go wrong in what ever protein you choose. We also love the vegetarian one! The Nachos wow. The chips get the large and you will thank yourselves later. Empanadas!!!!!!!!! There’s often specials. My husbands 30th was catered by zacks and the customer service from Zacks wife, Amanda, was impeccable. She carefully was on the phone with me to make sure we checked all boxes for the event and was honest if I was about to order way too much for that amount of people haha. All the trays were delivered right to my car. We know the owners very well. It is owned by a small adorable family who gives back and does a lot for the community. The creator of the menu, is classically trained and obviously added his own bold flare to various Mexican dishes. They make everything fresh… (the ingredients are exquisite and perfect)… this is not a fast food joint I would recommend calling ahead if your in a time crunch. Basically, be willing to wait a few more minutes for amazingness. It’s a small kitchen with a whole lotta love and talent… just plan accordingly and be patient. We love Zack’s and we can’t to see what they do next. We are lifers. Will continue to add pictures!"

"some vegan options with changes, but not the kind of place they are thrilled to eat there as a vegan. friendly staff is ready to change meal times. some items that can be changed for vegan diet: southwest salat (hold milk base avocado dressing), bretzel (ske for no butter dip, comes with queenso and honey senf options- ask for clear senf), about burger with udi imiser roll, pizzas (no cheese, but much veg), buffalo flower bits (hold the ranch)."

"Late night dinner in the Poconos mountains. Stayed at Great Wolf Lounge. So the food was delicious and only had to reheat the meat up a little. The staff was friendly and worked fast to fulfill our order. For my granddaughter, my wife and myself. Even got my granddaughter special order correct. A 6 year old girl is hard to please, she gave them high remarks for doing and awesome job. For not missing anything."
