"We really like eating at Shinsei. It's in the middle of Medford, so it's easy to get to and close to shopping. They are friendly and quick to run to the kitchen and ask about vegan items for me. Big veggie rolls and noodles! I asked her to add Tofu to the noodles, although it did not on the menu, and she did this for $2 more. Food was great!

Went here for the first time the other day, the staff was friendly, the food came within 10 minutes of ordering and was amazing! The Tropical roll was excellent, if you like coconut this roll is a must try. It has a coconut sauce that is to die for. They also have other dishes available for people that don't eat fish, everything was fresh and delicious!
