"We had a reservation for Father's Day dinner at Shor. Found out right before we left to go to the restaurant when checking on the menu on-line that they got rid of dinners at Shor starting the week before Father's Day without notifying us. Called up the restaurant and this man said that they had transferred all the reservations to a different restaurant at the hotel but somehow could not find our reservation. He was not willing to honor our reservation saying that other people had reservations and they cannot accommodate us despite losing our reservation. Whoever we talked to was rude and made it sound like everything was our fault. We had to scramble for last minute reservation at some oth...

Excellent food and service along with musical entertainment. We are returning to the SHOR without a doubt.

Food was quite good. Service was excellent Music was way too loud to have a quite conversation But hey we were overlooking the beach, so who can complain!
