"I order the simplest sandwiches from this restaurant about once a week. I had to request a refund and speak to the manager in order to rectify the situation. The response I received was always the same: "I didn't see the special instructions. The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They closed the door at 8 o'clock when their closing time is 9. The worker was walking around with headphones, making TikToks or something, and when they saw me knocking on the door, they quickly went to the back of the building.
