"I order the simplest sandwiches from this restaurant about once a week. However, each time the staff fails to read the special instructions from the app. This should be a straightforward task, as we are just talking about sandwich making here. I had to request a refund and speak to the manager in order to rectify the situation. The response I received was always the same: "I didn't see the special instructions. Would you like the sauce on the side?" No, I simply want a fresh sandwich with all the requested ingredients. I even tried a different location of the same chain with the same disappointing results, as these two branches seem to share the same issues. Metro, please step up your game!...

Great friendly service and location! Clean plenty of parking. This location offers the breakfast menu all day!

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They closed the door at 8 o'clock when their closing time is 9. The worker was walking around with headphones, making TikToks or something, and when they saw me knocking on the door, they quickly went to the back of the building.
