"Omg, what a disappointment. I have been to this place many times but they failed to deliver today. Grubhub is half the problem but Sundays not accepting responsibility is the real issue. I ordered a Big Ben and was charged $29.50. A pricey sum for 2 pieces of fish. We called to complain about the half order we received which was 1 1/2 pieces, and they told us that is what we ordered. There wasn't a full order of chips either. We also specified that the chips be separated from the fish, which they have obliged in the past, but not this time. They charged us for the double order, told us we ordered only one and had no further explanation. Just go somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve any...

Brought my parents here for dinner, never usually had a problem. This time I was served undercooked fish which got me sick an hour after I left, they had no napkins in the building for their customers when I ask for extra napkins. There was no soap in the men's bathroom. I was served old iced tea that taste very stale and the waitress told me I'm the 3rd person today to say something about that. News flash, take it off the menu if it was brought to your attention already, I think the health department needs to get you guys back on track. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
