"I've tried many of the donut shops in the bay, and I'm getting back to Johnny's. I would recommend getting there early so you have a choice! My favorite donuts are the maple bar, the apple fritter and the boob cream. Donut holes are also a hit. I'm pretty sure every time I have them, they're still warm and they melt in their mouth. Don't sleep on Johnny's donuts!"

"Honored by the Valet with a smile and how are you tonight? Surprises me when I took a place and opened the door for us. Entering into a deeply illuminated atmosphere, friendly staff, low music playing a slow jazz in the background, while pictures of cowboys grace the walls, cattle marks on the table and brass tealight oil lamps decorate the tables. The aromas explode from the perfectly boiled chicken in an amazing sauce, as the waiter asked how things were. The food was just amazing. Great parts where a plate would feed the two of us, but happy home some left remnants. The price also reflects the larger shares. But we will return to this hidden Orinda cheek of a place to try the fried chicken capon dore chicken cacciatore"

"I had my dinner at the Saffron Restaurant, I tried Saag after being recommended by the owner and I must say it was amazing, I ordered Butter Chicken and in the breads section I tried Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Keema Naan liked all but I enjoyed having Keema Naan the most. For Starters we had Paneer Tikka which is something I really relished having. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, the staff is very friendly, great ambiance and great food!!"

"Beware: The menu prices do NOT reflect what you’re actually charged. Every item costs more. In addition, with the kid’s meal, you’re supposed to get your choice of main dish and side, so I ordered my child a kid’s burrito and fries. Well, I got charged separately for a side of fries—which was $5.45, nearly as much as the kid’s meal alone—and the woman who took my order automatically gave me beans and rice as the side…which makes no sense since the kid’s burrito already has those ingredients in it. When I looked over my receipt, I inquired about the overcharges, and she said that the prices have changed in the computer but that the menu hasn’t been updated yet. I wouldn’t have a problem with the prices if they were the ones listed, but charging more than your customer expects is just bad business. Such a disappointing experience. The food is okay but not worth going back for."

I love the staff and they have the best cocktails that make them the best lemon drops and Mai Tais the food is Devine I love the ginger salad, the fresh shrimp rolls and all their curries spicy noodles are to die and orchid fried rice is srumptious oh You must order their fried bananas with coconut ice cream"
