"I think the lady at the counter didn’t want to help me because I was ordering something not even close to on the menu and she didn’t want me to write a bad review. I have pku, which means I have a strict diet that means no meat or cheese. But I was in town and on my lunch break so I didn’t have a lot of options and I talked her into making me a sandwich with just veggies. Tomato, pickle, and bell pepper on grilled bread with mayo and mustard. It’s not extravagant, but it’s what I can eat. The one they made for me was actually really good and much better than what I get at most places. I would definitely come back here if I had any idea where I was and didn’t live 400 miles away."

So simple, yet so delicious. A good grilled cheese sandwich is my comfort food, and The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen always delivers. They have a ton of variety but I'm a simple man ... a basic mousetrap does the trick with the crunch of a dill pickle and side of healthy tomato soup.
