"I did not know cinnamon rolls/buns could be this bad. Not just disappointing, like aggressively WHY DID YOU DO THIS bad. Strange, overpoweringly sour frosting, intense and odd spices blend (an abundance of...clove? I think? I had to brush my teeth twice to get the aftertaste out. I've had creative variations on cinnamon rolls all over the world, but none quite like this and certainly none this bad. Avoid or try at your own risk if you want to hate yourself, we sadly had to throw our 2 huge ones out after choking down a few bites. I'm still traumatized. Breakfast sandwich was fine."

We stopped here and split the pancakes, bacon, egg, and potatoes! It was really good! Wish I had room to try the french toast bc that looked very good as well! Very nice staff! Would definitely go back!

Once again, The Bake Shop treated us right! Dined for a quick 2nd breakfast of Sweet Rolls and coffee. Both were delicious! Very worth a side trip off the Seward Highway. Great local artist shop is next door! Love supporting local business!!

The best ever sweet rolls! Lemony, buttery, caramel..... we bought two, shared one for breakfast and the second warmed up with the butter they supplied, for desert. Super yummy. Some day we will be back for the amazing looking breakfasts too.
