"here for dinner during our long journey from florida to ny, the native was beautiful and this place had such a wonderful and cozy atmosphere. when we arrived, the whole place was full, but only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a free table, it looked like it was one of the most popular places to dinner. the food was delicious and the service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful staff. I love the little maurers that they served the drinks, had a delicious more sociable with my meal."

at this place for dinner and a few drinks on halfway to Georgia to see my children from columbus ohio. everyone was super friendly, made several well known at the bar in the short time we were there, eating was great, especially the black fritter, and the amount of multicolored drinks that I saw coming from behind this bar was amazing! very recommend this place, and they said they also have live bands much, which unfortunately did not come to see.

the food was fantastic! for a few weeks to stay in the city, and needed a good place to dinner. the maurer jar came very recommended, and I am glad that I did not ignore! I have garnished the sirloin, a crabcake, steamed and the crab soup to divide between my man and me. everything was great and we had more than enough to eat with left over. had a order, but we'll go to dinner again. Thanks for being ingenious, and eating the first decent thing I've had for three weeks.
