"Quickly becoming one of my favorite local diners!! The waitresses are great, and the food has been consistently fantastic! Went in on a wednesday and ordered The Burger Bomb !!! Holy. Crap. This was the fattest, tastiest burger I 've had in a loooooooong time!! A big fat burger, stuffed w cheese, then completely wrapped in bacon and topped with a house sauce!! I 'd easily get it again, but NOT for lunch! ?"

Food and staff were great, but very noisy. Need sound absorbing panels installed on the walls and ceiling for a much more pleasant experience when dining.

Nothing worse than going into a 4.6 restaurant and getting 2 food. Service was mid too. Shoe leather chicken parm ?Mashed potatoes and canned beets were ok though?

"Phenomenal Dinner Experience! Maize is a must eat when you enjoy a lot of attention given to your food. It was perfect for us to have an appointment night before we visit a wedding the next day. Slow down and enjoy the hospitality - this is not a fast service type place y?all. We spent about two hours here and didn't enjoy rushing to turn the table. Chef-Warte-employees went over and over the intake for my allergies. Most restaurants would simply leave the allergen, but instead of oak smoked bacon bits my apple wood was. There was at least one change in every court, only for me, and I had zero symptoms or reactions afterwards. I added allergenic comments in my OpenTable reservation to give them advance notice. Thank you for going extra mile to keep me safe and provide a similar delicious dinner!!!"

"In the past, I had said that the Washington House served one of the 2 most memorable steaks I ever had. No more it was tasteless. Everything was over salted. I had heard that a slug would shrivel if doused with salt. That is what happened to my mouth. Do not order the painkiller cocktail. I do not know how you can screw up a fruit and rum drink, but they managed to do it. I drank it fast just to get rid of it. The only thing they prepared that was digestible was the coffee. The service was fine."

"Missing my local family restaurant back home, so thought I?d share a review. This small business does it right! Excellent service, good atmosphere, local pride, and fantastic food. My mom and I would go when it was less busy (lunchtime , and grab food often during WFH times during the pandemic. Only issue we ever had was parking, and that?s down to its location, but hey, it?s well worth the walk? THANKS ?THE PERK?, I will make sure to stop by whenever in PA again. :"

"This place deserves 10 Stars seriously. This place is a diamond in the rough. The employees are top notch and the food beyond excellent. Kudos to the owners and staff. This place is a cozy atmosphere with food that tastes like a Sunday Family at home dining room. As a business surviving in strip malls and fast food chains, it is a pleasure dining in a great place like this. Roy Ann is a stand Alone business that I personally consider in my top five to go place."

"Consistently great! The service is always top notch. The wait staff is so welcoming and friendly. A few of them remember us and know what our go to orders are which makes us feel like family. The atmosphere is awesome. Always clean and tidy! The food is wonderful. Cooked perfectly. Great menu. They change up the menu with seasons too which is great! Love this place! Oh yeah, fair prices for the food! Keep it up Ram!"
