Absolutely amazing. I had the sausage orecchiette with vodka sauce. A tiny bit sharp, what I prefer. Get some bread with him you'll be good. A must try. Excellent.

Trattoria Bolu holds a special place for us because of a record above all. The lemon caesar salad...not even joke that it makes the trip worth it. The stone-fired pizza is also very good, but the superstar in Bolu is the lemon caesar salad. Strangely good. You can also bring yourself or deliver a beautiful bottle of wine.

You cannot order a slice and have to order a personal or regular pizza. It's all fresh here and to order. This place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Ordered a personal Margarita pizza for $13 and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and the cheese was super fresh. The price fits into the area, but it doesn't matter to pay more for high quality ingredients. Did the sauce really love. The crust was good, not great. Had some crispy, but missing taste. I'm going back. Great pizza.
