"ume is a solid 2 and 2.5 of 5 stars. the price is exactly for portion size, quality and adjustment. sushi was submediocre based on taste and presentation. I ordered tofu pad thai and by far. that was the worst pad thai I ever had. tofu had a muddy resistance and broke into my nudges. noodles were stale and the meal lacked 5 key ingredients (salty, sweet, sour, spicy and creamy) to Thai foods. the only thing we enjoyed was the service and I give to the one solid 5. So if they do not want to hope for a descending meal, I would recommend to them to eat it at Ume’s intoxicated."

Bad service!! Sushi disgusting.. skip the Vegas roll.. it's nasty. Food is slop that's served on a plate.. it took our waitress too long to bring a glass if wine. Had to ask for utensils, napkins, our bill.. and to retrieve the bill.. had to ask another server. They need a menu revamp. Sav your money!! We will never go back.

2 of the 5 orders were not possible. that's the only time I've ever sent back to eat and asked for it to be removed from the check. the service was terrible. it wasn't busy at all. the bartender came by and leaned to our table. I think he noticed that our server did not exist. I understand I'm a short servant, but that wasn't the case.
