"Love Waterbean. Good experiences with this company, from when I lived next to the first location and met the owner all the way to now. This location is special to me because it's a place where my Long-distance girlfriend can practice and perform piano when she visits since I don't have a piano perosnally and get her other work done. As a couple we have nothing but praise for this place. Great treats, great drinks, great atmosphere. Very helpful, friendly staff."

We always love coming to Waterbean. We are regulars at both Lake Norman locations! Service is always friendly, coffee is always amazing. We measure any other coffee shops we visit against Waterbean's amazing coffee! Food and drinks are *chef's kiss*

Good coffee, cool ambiance, and amazing tea but I feel that the staff could be much friendlier here. I have been coming to Waterbean locations for several years and was quite shocked. The Waterbean locations in Hickory, NC are *amazing* but here in Huntersville the staff were impatient, constant frowns on their faces, and seem to not care at all. Was not impressed. Came in Sunday 11/20 at 11 AM.
