"I normaly go to the firewheel pkwy location but I was so tired of 30-45min wait times in the drive through and then deal with below average to just down right rude customer service. Today at 8:20pm 5/28 I decided to drive just a bit farther to go to this location and I will absolutely be coming back here every time from now on. The wait wasn't to bad 4 cars infront of me took about 10-15 min from ordering to driving away. The customer service was 120% I was acknowledged emidiatly they said hello and asked if I could wait a moment. I do not mind waiting at all if I'm at least asked otherwise I feel ignored and left wondering if anyone even knows if I'm here. The guy on the speaker was so fri...
