"Order online before arrival 20 minutes later awaits the extra time to be ready enough for them. The order was not ready to complete and was told to wait for a fresh portion of the fries w/ chili as they try to make it fresh. Unlike the burgers, Pie and so I have already accepted that I knew that these articles were 't gonna be and would 't be expected to be fresh. So I wanted to cancel the order and I was told that I had to do it online. Where I found in an answer, a team member from the business would come into contact with me. The same people who said I needed to search for a cancellation online...Ok.The OST-Shop is by far the only memory of this brand I had problems with."

Amazing place, good food, people and atmosphere. If you like Jalapenos, this is the place to be! They are patient chefs are always ready to go the extra mile.

It’s literally 3am , with a line full of cars and Markeisha(or marquisha) took my order and was very personable . Honestly made it feel like I was the only car in line. Her friendliness is needed and appreciated! Pay her what she’s worth !

I'll wait in the car dirty as long as I could tell you. The food does not disappoint at this point, but if you go through the drive thru ready to wait a literal hour. I give two stars, because although food is good, the slow reaction time creates other threatening situations. People OFTEN sleep on the wheel and beggars can constantly harass you while you wait. Someone really should report this place. It is really dangerous to let so many people wait and people sleep in the ride thru. You get faster service in a sit down restaurant.
