"Service was extremely slow and food still came out room temperature. They ran out of hamburger buns and offered white sliced bread. I stated that I could’ve made that at home, then the waitress suggested ciabatta which came out not toasted or garnished. Then she came back out and said someone arrived with regular hamburger buns and they came out not toasted, not stamped with 1936 or buttered. It was very lack luster, so I don’t know what took so long. I kept having to ask the waitress for items several times. I had to get up and get my own plastic water because she gave me my food with no utensils. I asked her for straws and she brought unwrapped straws with her hands and placed them on the...

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food. We had a great time. Hopefully, they do lunch with the Grinch again next year.

Food and service was very good. The noise level was such that it was hard to have a conversation at your own table without raising your voice.

Great place to have drinks. Nice ambiance and good views of the water. The food is satisfactory, but a little on the pricey side. Fine for special occasions.

"The wait staff and floor management are consistently wonderful, and we’ve yet to have a bad meal here. We frequent Plaza almost every time we have guests in town. The only glaring blemish on their track record happened when we sat at the bar and were very rudely interacted with by the senior bottle-blonde behind the bar. At almost 30 years old with 7 of industry experience managing a bar venue, you’d think I’d be flattered by the assumption that I’m underage- however we were very loudly accused of having “fraudulent identification” (her exact words) after she made it a point to take our ID’s across the restaurant to three different managers for “verification purposes”. This was all before we could even place a food order, much less before there was even a mention of alcohol. We travel for a living and are both transplants to the MD area so we both have out of state ID’s that she clearly doesn’t know how to read. This is also a prominent military town, so one would guess they’d have ample knowledge with the variety of IDs they encounter.I’ve had my own experiences of protecting myself from the liability of serving minors, but her dramatic outburst and loud accusations in front the entire bar were in extremely poor taste and horribly embarrassing as regulars of the establishment. She is an incredibly lacking representative of the rest of our experience with the staff. I’m surprised she’s employed there in the first place."
