"Waitress was not familiar with what was on the menu and mentioned many items not available. Order chicken and waffles which was advertised as “dark meat bone in chicken” on their website and menu but came out as chicken tenders. They did change it to dark meat after complaining. Reservation was for 12:30 but establishment was not opened. Waitress also tipped herself not allowing me to choose myself"

I wanted to celebrate my husband‘s birthday at bar 5. I made a reservation on open table for six. When we arrived we were only able to sit 4 at one table and 2 at another. They advertised on their website live jazz music but there wasn’t any jazz music. There was a very limited brunch menu, we got up and left.

"I've been a Tru Nature customer for years, love it, can't be enough-however, the last 5 or 6 times I ordered online, my order seems to be made blatantly wrong:( I always get cashew butter in my bowls - the first time I chose the add on and they gave me almond because they were out, wrote a cute note that is all good! So the next time I ordered, I chose the supplement and wrote in the notes “please Sub almond butter if from Cashew thanks!: “I received the bowl with cashew butter labeled with 0 butter in it - this happened 3 times so tonight I just selected both almond and cashew, wrote the same note and received no butter or Maca.... That's almost $4:/ I love this place, but I was recently super disappointed, I can't help, but the feeling that they don't put the effort in because there's an over-ice order, so there really are no direct effects"

"The staff is amazing. Really attentive and friendly. Love that they were wiped off the tables and chairs after the guest did food. Love that she will replace the white butcher paper after every guest. Now for dinner? A-MAZ-ING. I went to Italy about six years ago and have not eaten an olive garden since then and I am glad to say I found Italy in the winter garden. My salad was fresh and filled (half) I ordered the lasagna (1/2) and it was so full. The owner was very pleasant and accessible. All in all, a great experience."
